HollAIR Pty Ltd.’s founding director is James (Rick) Holliday who is a 30-year industry veteran. Rick started as an apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic, up-skilling to a Chiller Technician before establishing himself in a career in Senior Management within the Adelaide Air Conditioning Industry. Over the past 20 years, Rick has been responsible for the establishment and growth of three of the major players in the Air Conditioning services market.
Rick Holliday established HollAIR in 2011 with the primary aim to deliver a sustainable air conditioning service and to refocus on the core objectives including:
- Customer Satisfaction – Communication
- Sustainability – Environmental Awareness
- Compliance – Just doing it right

Ajith brings to the team the skills and discipline as an Air conditioning Engineer within our HollAIR business. Ajith also provides our in-house auto cad requirements.
Chris McCauley
Service Operations Manager
Chris ensures that our Service delivery ensure fast response times and solutions for all our Adelaide CBD clients and our Adelaide Metro clients.
Tony Smith
Senior Technician
Tony is an industry veteran who has come on board to ensure the delivery of service expected on our major CBC maintenance contracts.
Tony has experience with both central plant including chillers and O.E.M works.
Ping He
Refrigerant Mechanic – Electrical Engineer
Ping is a dual trade refrigeration mechanic and electrical engineer. Ping brings a high level of expertise and skill to the HollAIR team.
Roland Thomsen
Refrigeration Mechanic
Coming from South Africa, Roland brings with him a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm that has made him an invaluable new addition to the HollAIR team.
